Is Panem the only country Left?

In the "Hunger Games" trilogy, there is very little information provided about the rest of the Earth outside of Panem. However, there are a few clues that suggest that the world beyond Panem may be even more devastated and chaotic than the society portrayed in the books.

For example, it is hinted that Panem may be the only remaining bastion of human civilization on the planet, with the rest of the world having been destroyed or abandoned. This is suggested by the fact that there is no mention of any other societies or governments existing beyond the borders of Panem, and by the fact that the Capitol possesses advanced technologies that appear to be beyond the reach of the other districts.

It is also possible that the rest of the world may be suffering from the same environmental or political catastrophes that led to the collapse of human civilization in Panem. For example, it is possible that other regions of the planet have been devastated by climate change, nuclear war, or other disasters, leaving the survivors struggling to rebuild their lives in a harsh and unforgiving world.

However, it is also possible that there are other societies or governments that have managed to survive and thrive in the aftermath of the "apocalypse," and that these societies may be vastly different from the oppressive and dystopian regime portrayed in the "Hunger Games" books. For example, it is possible that there are communities that have managed to establish sustainable and equitable social orders, based on principles of cooperation, mutual aid, and ecological sustainability.

Ultimately, the fate of the rest of the world outside of Panem remains a mystery, and much of what has happened to it can only be speculated upon. However, the stark contrast between the oppressive regime of Panem and the uncertain fate of the rest of the planet serves as a reminder of the fragility and vulnerability of human civilization, and the urgent need to address the pressing global challenges that threaten our future survival and prosperity.
